- ● Up to $3,000 reimbursed within 14 days of funding.
- ● Rebate covers appraisal and legal costs related to the mortgage.
- ● Priority given to lenders that include appraisal and legal fees.
- ● Clients must use First Canadian Title (FCT) where available.
- ● If FCT is unavailable, Kenlock Mortgage Group will assign its in-house solicitor at no cost to the client.
- ● Kenlock Mortgage Group will pay the legal fee (including hst) directly to the solicitor on closing. This does not include land transfer tax or additional 3rd party disbursements.
Mortgage volume tiers:
- ● $500,000+: Full reimbursement (up to $3,000).
- ● $300,000–$499,999: Appraisal + FCT fees only.
- ● Under $300,000: Appraisal fee only.
